Bis jetzt habe ich Matcha Pulver als Tee oder für Smothies verwendet. Ich mag den leicht herben Geschmack und seine intesive grüne Farbe. Und mit Vanille und Buter in Hefeteig eingewickelt mag ich Matcha Tee sehr! 200 ml Milch (lauwarm). 1 Würfel frische Hefe. Hefe in der Milch auflösen, Butter und Zucker dazugeben. Alles gut. 50 ml heisses Wasser.
