It's a great first food for babies 4-6 months old because it has a low allergy risk, and sweet potatoes are high in potassium as well as Vitamins A and C. Plus they're just yummy. 1 peeled sweet potato, either boiled or steamed until soft. About 1 cup of water. In a blender or food processor blend sweet potatoes and water until smooth. And is quite good.
