Kringle is a type of braided bread, traditionally filled with cinnamon paste. Nevertheless, I have decided to make mine a bit different and use some Nutella and alcohol-infused cherries to balance the sweetness of it. 1/2 tsp of salt. 175ml of warm milk. 1 tbsp of sugar. 15 g of fresh yeast (1 envelope active dry yeast).

Today I will share my recipe for a baked cheesecake – a cake which I used to love as a kid, but do not make it so often as it takes time when you need to prepare the cheese for it. Man skojar inte om mat - man har roligt med mat. Att laga mat från grunden. Eller så gick det till när farfar var ung. Det gör jag ju, fick jag till svar. Var är flaskan då?
