We live in one of the largest and most affluent regions in the country, however in 2005 over 12.7% of residents were low income (under 35K p/yr) earners. The truck was finally repaired and we received delivery of our repaired truck in January of 2014, however, we could not get the decals installed until the temperature was above zero.
