Thursday, May 17, 2007. One of our cyber arts teachers bought two tulips that will be placed on York road. We all did some of each part of the tulip. I did the part with the pedals and the pot of one of the flowers. Jesse also helped with the leaves and pot. Here is a close up. Here is the part Jibbz did on our flower, cool. It is suppose to say Rise in graffiti style. I think it's wicked. K was working on the second flower and she painted this part of the flower. very detailed don't you agree?

The message El Anatsui is trying to portray is that even small useless objects can be converted into art.
