Overwhelmingly positive response to harbour survey . 25% supported minimal development. 50% supported partial development. 25% supported maximum development. Toilets and change rooms most supported. Retail shops least supported. These results align closely with the previous 4 surveys from the past 25 years. A true champion of this community and proud supporter of Otway Forum. John would no doubt be having a good laugh at the latest harbour report one of the more inept documents produced in this 25 year long saga. Now there are no height limits specified at all in the precinct! Fire restrictions lifted 3 weeks early.

Autumn has periods of intense calm making it fairly safe to burn as moisture and calm come back in the evenings . Watch out for middday day hours when then the winds can pick up.
