I am a collector of fabrics. but i am also an apartment dweller, which means space is limited. so instead of storing yards of fabric, i choose to collect vintage fabrics cut into quilting squares. that way i can have hundreds of different patterns available for my various projects! But, unfortunately, once they're used up then that's it. so this blog is a sort of record of fabrics i have used (or plan to use in the future).

I used to be. And i didn't even really remember that this community was around. i am still very interested in children's books, and i think i will try to post in here at least weekly. i've been very busy these past couple years with work and life and whatnot. but i'm really happy to see that some of you still bother to post here!
