Cooking time: 40 minutes. 12 day old doughnuts. 1/2 cup caster sugar. 1/4 cup almond meal. 250g white choc chips. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius, lightly grease a large deep baking dish. Arrange enough of the doughnuts {cut in pieces}to cover the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle most of the raspberries and choc chips over the soaked doughuts. Pour remaining egg mixture over the top.
