Monday, October 25, 2010. Weekend get away over UEA! For Todd's 40th Birthday (which is coming this next month) I kidnapped him and took him away for a couple of days over UEA! Newport Beach was our first Destination! But on the way of course we had to stop at the Mad Greek for a super yummy bite to eat! I have hated freezing bread in the past, because it ends up having soggy spots on the sides and freezer burn on top.
