夏天發生最痛苦的事，莫過於壞冷氣！！！一向睡房的冷氣都很涼快，本人一直都非常滿意，而事發的那天晚上，它依然非常地盡忠職守，不過響聲比平日利害，連電話另一端的順德人都問點解咁夜仲有轉牆聲！幸好我是那種一睡著就火燭響警鐘都不會醒的人，所以順利安然入睡。當我睡到半夜3點，突然傳來一下響聲，之後轉牆聲就停止了，換來一種非常不尋常的寧靜。睡到成隻豬的我不以為然，直至早上起來才知出事．．．好熱呀～！我的全身已經「浸」滿汗水！我沒有用錯字，一定是個「浸」字，連床單都浸濕了，我感覺到一股熱氣從大脾內側、腰、背、頸、耳背，甚至乎腳趾”那”傳出來，我那濕透的...好不容易入睡了，應該是3時左右吧，我又感應到異象了．．．有蚊呀！！咬到腳趾和小腿了，好痕，唔理喇，好眼瞓，蓋被喇．．好熱喎，唔蓋喇，有蚊喎，起身拍蚊喇，好眼瞓喎，想點呀！！&#65281...雖然按得麻麻地，又唔平，但點都好過周街遊蕩！等到大少爺出現，. 今次係我白痴買錯，我地淨係識勁笑，嘩哈哈～！用左. 朝，好眼瞓呀，好彩唔係輸好多．．．食完早餐諗住番屋企，有人提議番大陸. 呢2日睇咗好多關係神山既blog,搞到我日又諗住神山,夜又諗住神山,呢一日仲要等多4個月先會到,唯有約行山密友行多啲山,最緊要係鍛鍊好體能,因為今次真係唔係野少,縱合咁多資料,我幾乎可以肯定既係,神山喪過富士山多多聲! 海拔4,095.2米的神山我黎啦! 訂閱：文章 (Atom). 鍾意瞓,鍾意食,鍾意玩。做人嘅宗旨係最緊要開心,保持童真,瞓覺唔會失眠,日日靚晒我真係好愛我身邊嘅所有人啊! Itz so fi *. 我覺得今次行山係本人個一創舉，首先，一段6個小時既路程，頭10分鐘我已經心跳加氣喘，我發現上樓梯係我行山一個好大既弱點，當自己扯緊蝦想死果陣，2個友人已經行到幾丈遠，好彩辛苦挨到上山行番平地同落斜，呢個時候本人已經回復狀態，尤如上左鍊一樣，一直全速行到黃金海岸! 菲律賓donsol潛水之旅 - 潛水篇DAY 3 and 4. 終於到咗吃晚飯的地方，3,300ｍ高的Laban Rata！真係好感動啊！在呢個冇交通工具到嘅地方，竟然有一個算係大嘅建築物，餐廳入面仲要係serve自助餐！喺呢個咁累嘅情況之下&...35km個牌，影嘅時候係12:50分，到4km呢個...零晨1點半&#6529...

頭先睇facebook，見到有人status update話去禁錢，見到前面個人戶口竟然得3千幾蚊，所以ｏ咀。我睇完都ｏ晒咀，戶口得幾千蚊有幾「竟然」同ｏ咀呢？可能佢出世到而家銀行戶口都有幾百萬揸手，以為全香港人都同佢一樣！omg！其實佢知唔知世界上有好多人都好慘架．．．挨生挨死都係得幾千蚊人工仲要養起全家，你話人地銀行戶口可以有幾多錢啊？最奇係有人答「我之前見過個人個account得千零蚊剩.」. 今日狀態好差，頭15分鐘已經滿頭大汗，手冇力，腳又軟，打左一個鐘之後已經想死，唔知係咪工作影響，令到我個膊頭好累，泰仔都問我做咩今日冇力。我覺得今日浪費咗個半鐘。馬拉松係一件好講意志力嘅事，要日日練，今時今日嘅我意志力都仲係好薄弱，而家練一定失敗。如果鍾意跑步嘅一定要睇村上春樹嘅《關於跑步，我說的其實是．．．》呢本書，睇完會再鍾意啲。尋晚放工約左阿蛇,Terri, Color同 Terri個 friend Joanne番大陸揼骨，真係raw爆! 2011神山攻頂 - 終於登上4095.2米的高峰. 回復番正常、好番好多啦喎！我地就喺. Living room食一個簡單早餐，有燙多士可以塗牛油、花生醬同果醬，亦有茶包同即沖咖啡，喺呢個高地上都算豐富喇！我依然係胃口大開，一塊多士塗半層花生醬，正呀！平時我一定唔會食呢啲咁罪惡嘅食物，但今日係正值登頂之時，為咗神山我破例一次！不過阿per個樣仲係呆，頭痛同食唔到嘢，原來佢尋晚半夜起身嘔！我地一星期前開始食紅景天都好似冇咩幫助！地下經過一晚狂風暴雨嘅洗禮，又濕又跣，仲出現好多迷你小瀑布，所以步伐慢咗好多，喺3千幾米高嘅地方跣親真係唔係講笑！頭半公里我覺得都算係handle到，主要都係木梯、石梯同少量攀爬，好彩有攀富士山經驗，大家都有戴手套，否則唔對肉手唔磨薑都凍僵！ 65292;我唔知可唔可以叫佢係路，根本已經唔再有平地，隨之而來嘅係一條粗過我手. 個肉體慢慢 lan到上去8km，仲未望到羅氏峰(low's peak)，但個天已經開始光喇. 當時係5:46分，我地唔可以照原定計劃喺羅氏峰頂睇日出，不過唔緊要啦，呢個位睇晨...停咗一陣個身就feel到好凍喇，為咗要暖番身&#65292...

6月4日晚上到達沙巴機場，為咗隆重其事迎接神山嘅挑戰，呢晚無奈地要飲少啲啤酒同早少少瞓覺，５日４夜嘅行程咁就過咗一晚。第二朝倒塔咁早起身check out兼食咗個好豐富早餐，不得不提一提早餐時發生嘅小插曲：話說我地入住嘅nexus resort好多香港人都鍾意入住，包括旅行團嘅叔叔嬸嬸，朝早6點幾，餐廳職員仲準備緊各項早餐，當中煎蛋部未有人，幾個香港阿叔當咗個櫃台係自己屋企個廚房，竟然自己開爐炒蛋同煎火腿！我配服佢地嘅敢作敢為、尊重佢地助人自助嘅精神、兼欣賞佢地懂得靈活變通！阿叔 x 3，你哋係得嘅！呢個時候我地個矮仔導遊走出黎自我介紹，馬拉人黎講佢真係屬於潮人一族，cap帽、短褲、leggings，再加上之後果日我見佢不停換裝，又紅色長襪又紅色格仔頸巾、一時長袖波衫一時又風褸，真係形象百變！唔知佢係撞聾定英文差，我真係同佢溝通唔到，所以一路上同佢都冇乜交流。行行行行行，一直都係樓梯，係咁上上上上上. .死啦，開始黎料！行幾條樓梯就扯蝦！. . 唔通我真係年紀大？冇理由吖&#6529...救命呀！我幾時先上到去？我係咪上緊天堂呀？訂閱：發佈留言 (Atom).
