George Party of Four. 3 Days Without Children. Neal's brother had their first baby (pictures on the next post) and Neal's parents came down when we got back from Florida to see the baby. We were heading up to Pennsylvania for the 4th, so it was decided that the kids would ride up with Nana and Poppa and spend 3 days there before we got there. We were childless for 3 days. At our own home and in our own town. A) pick someone up from school. B) have someone dropped off at home that I needed to be home for.

George Party of Four. The Next Picasso.Award's Day. Award's Day for Kate came. She received her expected Kindergarten diplomma. And then the attendance awards were given out (she missed that one.surprise surprise! Then her name was called out as a total surprise to her and us. Her art was chosen to be displayed in the Principal's Art Gallery all next year out of the whole kindergarten. (Two people were chosen out of about 125ish kids! We were so surprised and proud! None of it came from me, by the way!

George Party of Four. Our art girl created an art "muoosam" (museum). Complete with sentences (? I saw a cat, A bird can fly, I play with my basketball, The dog plays with me, Wash the elephant, The fish swam, and I don't know what the last one says". Later she forced Lincoln to attend "Art Camp". She did most of the art though. Since Lincoln was being entertained I made a smoothie.juice, yogurt, frozen berries, and I always throw in chocolate chips too.they are the healthy part. ;). Dirt Patchin' It Up.
