Remembering life's special little everyday moments. Wednesday, November 5, 2008. Our Daddy the Hero. It's been just over two weeks since David left for Iraq, and I've been trying to do this update ever since and just can't seem to come up with the right words. For the sake of security, I can't give any details about David other than to say he is okay. They work 12 hour days, six days a week. I hope he stays busy enough that his days pass quickly. We hear it takes about three weeks to get to his location.

Life with two adventurous boys. Thursday, November 20, 2008. I am so thankful for my boys - all three of them! I feel so blessed to stay at home and raise my sons. It is my dream job. Life with two adventurous boys. Monday, January 26, 2009. Luke had tacky day at school last week. Luke's "tacky" was mild compared to some of his friends, but Luke enjoyed getting to dress himself this day. And the scarf came in handy again.
