Westin has been "training" for a 1 mile fun run. 9:39 to be exact. Much to her dissaproval they postponed the run due to flooding on the trail. {until Aug 28! She was not AT ALL happy about this. And as she was fuming to me, she said. I just don't understand why they couldn't just make it a dose-athon.

Everything seems to be coming together really well. We will be heading to Colorado Wednesday afternoon, and driving through the night. Gotta get the marriage license in Salida before Monday! Girls and their meals. Sunday, March 25, 2018. We made these delicious little bites at our youth girls camp. So good I could eat them all in one sitting. Probably defeats the purpose. 1 cup (dry) oatmeal. 2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes or slivered almonds. 1/2 cup peanut butter. 1/2 cup ground flax seeds. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix all ingredients and form into 1’ balls. Freeze and eat when you have a craving. Monday, November 27, 2017.
