TAKE-N-CHANCES: May 2009
http://take-n-chances.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
What do you say to taking chances? Wednesday, May 27, 2009. A night on the town. During our conversation, I could not keep my eyes straight, not because of the drinks, but because there were so many attractive men that night. And this brings up an important dilemma. Because there are so many good-looking guys, I can't really put my finger down on what exactly is my type yet. I don't think my previously described type. From ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Sunday, May 3, 2009. I have made big strides...

TAKE-N-CHANCES: Drunk and horny
http://take-n-chances.blogspot.com/2009/09/drunk-and-horny.html
What do you say to taking chances? Wednesday, September 2, 2009. Apparently I got what is known as "action". Best friend #3 and I went to a street fair in Silverlake on a recent weekend and met up with some friends we had befriended in West Hollywood earlier this year. I hadn't heard of this fair before, but apparently it was a popular annual festival along Sunset Boulevard. We met our friends at Akbar, a low-key gay bar located nearby a fair entrance, to catch up and mingle with our friends. Trust me...

The inherent challenges and goals of the past six months have been rewarding and give me a sense of pride. I came out to my parents. And most of my inner. I feel more comfortable, confident, happier, and open and honest with my loved ones. These feelings allow me to live my life uninhibited without censoring my actions or words around others. I had come out of the ...

TAKE-N-CHANCES: Young men things
http://take-n-chances.blogspot.com/2008/12/young-men-things.html
What do you say to taking chances? Wednesday, December 31, 2008. It would be a real loss dating an older guy who is looking to settle, more serious and wiser. I mean, these qualities are in no way negative, but I can't help feeling that these qualities make a man less fun. Does that even make logical sense? Do these qualities and age have any substantive correlation? My taste may change and further evolve as I continue the coming out process and open my eyes to the plethora of diversity in our community.

TAKE-N-CHANCES: It's a beautiful thing
http://take-n-chances.blogspot.com/2008/12/its-beautiful-thing.html
What do you say to taking chances? Tuesday, December 23, 2008. It's a beautiful thing. Close friend #2 finally returned from the wicked blizzard conditions in the east coast, and we met up for lunch today. It went extremely well, and I feel so much more normal and happy. You can say that I'm on a high! And turned out to be more of a two-way conversation up until the announcement. Immediately after delivering the words "I am gay" with a proud smile on my face(! Reflecting upon this afternoon, I have reali...

TAKE-N-CHANCES: Yearning
http://take-n-chances.blogspot.com/2009/08/yearning.html
What do you say to taking chances? Friday, August 21, 2009. While lunching at Camp Courage, I informally discussed a subject very foreign to me: dating. The discussion began with: am I ready to date? Up until that moment, I didn't think I was ready to date. I had hidden my sexuality and dating a person of the same gender was not a possibility. I did not date girls because I knew that I wouldn't be honest and truthful to myself and the girl and would end up hurting her and my integrity. I spent a weekend ...
