Tutorial 9: Special Effects. I love this tutorial. I can experiment and mix all kind of filter in photoshop. In this excercise I only apply R. Adial Blur & Gaussian Blur. The main theme for this image is fantasy. Thats why I choose this image so I can apply Ray of Light Techinque. I apply glow effect using Gaussian Blur.
