1 I’m out of shape! How do you expect me to do this? All of our workouts are universally scalable. In short, that means that anyone, through modification, can do the workout. The modification (scaling) may be lighter loads, fewer reps, shorter runs, lower boxes, whatever’s applicable, but the movements remain the same for everyone.
