Cover with 2 quarts water, add ham bone and bring to boil. Lower heat, and simmer for 2 1/2 hours. 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice (or 1/4 c. vinegar and 1/8 c. sugar). 1 tsp dry mustard. 1/2 tsp. pepper. An easy way to share my favorites with family and friends. Tuesday, December 29, 2015. This is a double batch. Mash berries, if using a food processor, pulse to a very fine chop - Do not puree. Measure 6 1/2 cups (exactly) of berries into a large bowl. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice. Add 2 boxes of pectin. Mix thoroughly, and set aside for 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to dissolve pectin thoroughly. Add 2 cups of light corn syrup, Mix Well. (helps prevent sugar crystallization). Refrigerate up to 3 weeks.

Tagg's group consisted of 5 kids, so he was able to wrestle 4 times. Grandpa tries to give pointers, but he's a little young to grasp it all. Treyson as usual because of his weight, has to wrestle 5th graders. He works hard, and is learning alot. He wrestled 3 times. He does grasp things, and is improving all the time. These nifty little Rubbermaid containers make life so much easier! This non-stick pan is perfect, and I don't need any butter to do the sautéing. I wash it right after use, every time.
