Pop-Ins

Pop-Ins are informal get-togethers where older people can meet, socialise and enjoy themselves. Some Pop-ins organise activities but everyone is free to join in or not. Pop-Ins are free to attend but a small charge is made for made for Teas/Coffees/Biscuits. Two of the Pop-ins hold monthly lunches costing about £2. All the Pop-Ins offer a warm welcome to new faces. Please come along to one of the Pop-Ins where you will find a warm welcome and see for yourself what we do. Pop-In at St Christopher’s.

In addition to the regular Pop-Ins. HNC employs an Outreach worker to provide help and support to older people. Our Outreach worker, Angie Harris:. Contacts and visits older people who are in need of help or support. Helps with filling in forms. Liaises with the Health and Social Services, other voluntary organisations and volunteers. Angie helps older people maintain their independence and remain part of the local community. You can help in any of three ways:. By email or phone.

Welcome to Hanwell Minis. Hanwell Minis is a (potential! Children's rugby group run by members of Hanwell RFC.
