I keep meaning to write down my balsamic dressing recipe and I always forget to do it, mainly because I'm a bit unsure of all the proportions. I do a lot of "eyeballing" with this dressing. Of note: One of "Bob's" Christmas gifts was an immersion blender. What ever did we do before they were invented? Serves: Quite a lot. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar.

Working on the Annual Meeting and lay in bed with a cold for a few days, feeling all of the delightful things people with colds feel. But by Saturday I had mostly recovered and Kevin arrived to visit. That afternoon we went out to San Xavier Mission and ran around in the few minutes before the church closed. Afterward we took the streetcar downtown and had supper at La Indita and then came home and hung out.

Now that everything has been tied up in a nice bow and weve gotten back all the money we sunk into that debacle of a real estate deal I can report that were not moving to that 14-acre property outside New Hope. And I can say that the owners are cray cray. And liars. Or theyre so stupid they didnt know they were lying. But that seems doubtful. Thats always the question, isnt it?
