Friday, August 14, 2009. I made this at work and it was fabulous. One of my clients had two servings, licked the spoon and the pan. This is great for pancakes, waffles, cheesecake, yogurt,or ice cream. Fresh or frozen work equally as well. 1 cup orange Juice. 3/4 cup white sugar. 1/4 c cold water. 1/2 tsp almond extract. 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon. Wednesday, December 1, 2010. 1 Lb ground beef. 2 cans of red kidney beans. 1 lg can of stewed tomatoes. 1 cup of ketchup. 4 Tbsp brown sugar. 1 tsp dry mustard. 2 Tbsp chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Brown ground beef with chopped onion and drain. Add all ingredients and let simmer at least an hour. Serve with grated cheese and a dollop of sour cream. Sunday, February 5, 2012. SHRIMP, BLACK OLIVES,FETA AND A ZESTY TOMATO SAUCE SERVED OVER PENNE NOODLES. I can't seem to get enough of feta cheese these days. I had to stop Tom eating so I could take a picture. 2 tsp olive oil. 1 c choppped red onions. 2 tsp minced garlic. 1 1/2 c chopped zuchinni. 1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz). 1 cup tomato sauce. 1 Tbsp each minced fresh oregano and basil. 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper. 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes. 12 oz uncooked penne pasta. 1/4 c sliced black olives.

Sunday, May 31, 2009. 1 cup brown sugar 3. 2/3 cup oil 2. 1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 4 1/2. 1 tsp baking soda 3. 1 tsp baking powder 3. 1 tsp cinnamon 3. 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2. 1 cup pumpkin 3. 1/2 cup nuts(optional) I like to add unsalted. And then stir together. I like to sprinkle the tops with brown sugar and cinnamon before baking. Bake @350 20 minutes. Now 1 can of pumpkin. Though I'm sure you could of figured it our yourself. These make a really moist delicious. Muffin that will help keep you regular!

Sunday, January 29, 2012. Also from Looneyspoons I found a quick rising, whole wheat pizza dough. 1/2 c whole wheat flour. T 1/4 tsp quick rising yeast. 2/3 cup very warm water. 2 tsp olive oil. 2 tsp liquid honey. 1 Tbsp corn meal. 1 In a med bowl combine both flours yeast,and salt.
