Photography painting ceramics and more. Other sites we have. Needle felting the head. Not without trauma and a lot of eye surgery. Update to the side profile, with the neck bulked out a little. Having a passion for birds can lead you into trouble. It fosters grand ambitions. I do not live the right life for keeping the real thing; the next best thing has to be making and painting them. The corvid (should have been a raven but it clearly is a generic crow) took months and made…. How the hare came to be.

Photography painting ceramics and more. Other sites we have. He frightened the garden birds away. Birds of all sorts are a bit of an artistic passion. Then there are hawks. I have no facility to keep a hawk here in the city, no experience and not much in the way of knowledge; but I have loved falconry ever since I was little. I have been lucky enough to go hunting…. Photography painting ceramics and more. Other sites we have. Crashing, burning and then picking up the pieces. Today I crashed. Even though I woke up as usual (6 o’clock usual) I had returned to the safety of the covers within half an hour. Really? Is it possible to just have cold knee caps. 7.00am found me in pyjamas and hoodie, wrapped in the warmth of the duvet – sleeping. And that has…. Getting ready for an exhibition. No one likes a JudgeyFace. – thatlouisewilliams.com

Terrified beyond the capacity for rational thought. No one likes a JudgeyFace. May 8, 2016. May 8, 2016. What is wrong with some people? I know that James is noisy, I know he is eccentric and can appear a bit odd. I LOVE that he is those things. If anything I actively encourage James and his big bro George to be silly. Embrace the weird is our motto! Yep The face that people display when they are appalled by what they see. They were appalled by my amazing son. How dare they? It is a look I have seen befo...

ITR Impact through Reading. When is reading for pleasure not reading for pleasure? This is an interesting question and one that requires a little background. Please, for the sake of young people, have a little more respect . Surely the only true measure is the look on a childs face when you ask if you should read the book they have just finished. February 12, 2015 at 7:31 am. I read this post with pleasure! March 5, 2015 at 9:35 am. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. February 11, 2015.
Creatures - Hills of Notts
http://www.hillsofnotts.com/creatures.html
All creatures are handmade. Some are painstakingly felted with layer upon layer of wool and others are calico constructions, which are then hand painted. Both techniques were developed after taking introductory workshops with artists who work in these fields. I am continuing to build on the skills I have learned; aiming for an evermore professional finish. Proudly powered by Weebly.

chest of delights: May 2015
http://chestofdelights.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
A chest full of needlefelted creations, paintings and ramblings. Sunday, 17 May 2015. Even in the city there are wild places. Seeking out hollows and hidden holes can lead to the discovery of treasures. Behind the brick there are hives of bees, slowly waking up to spring. To the side is a sea of garlic and lace. Already the nettles are being used as cocoons, wrappings of silk hiding the transformations going on inside. There are secret doorways. Frames of iron keeping the wild at bay. Saturday, 9 May 2015.

Time to say “No”? – Love Learning….
https://debrakidd.wordpress.com/2015/06/30/time-to-say-no
Time to say “No”? June 30, 2015. The report only looked at entry level employees who had chosen not to go to University. This very definition alone is problematic in that every focus in government policy over the past five years has been done with an almost blinkered and single minded aim to get kids into universities, preferably Russell Group ones. The very fact that some children are resisting this pathway means they have already, in the eyes of government, failed. To give them experience? What an utte...

Within The Hills of Ohio. August 12, 2015. August 12, 2015. My oh my does time fly. It’s like I blinked and my summer is nearly over with, and I have a 5 1/2 month old trotting beside me and hogging my bed.
