I found this gauntlet someone threw on the ground. July 30, 2014. I have a love-hate relationship with my Idea Bulb. This is the one, I know it! You tuck it away like a piece of precious cargo, that you hastily scribbled onto a napkin or a post-it, and it occupies your thoughts for the rest of the day, you analyze it from every angle so you are absolutely sure that when your shift ends and you are free the only thing in front of you is a solid course to bring your genius to life. A Site Where We Let The Past Speak For Itself. Meet me in Saint Louis. Meet me in Saint Louis. July 23, 2015. Coming back down from the top of the arch, we had a conversation that was almost entirely opposite. The couple we were with were younger and from Texas. At first, they were quiet, but we asked them where they were from and the woman began talking instantly. Interestingly enough, the first comment out of the man was “Do you like the history of the city? View of Saint Louis. View of the Mississippi.

I found this gauntlet someone threw on the ground. How Do We Start This Off? January 22, 2014. Hi, I’m Non-Washable. It’s nice to meet you. That was nerve wracking, but we got through it. At this point in the life of the blog I suppose I’ll have to supply both sides of the conversation, I’ll use a little shorthand so this doesn’t get out of hand and by shorthand I mean I’ll just ask myself questions I think are relevant. 8220; What the hell is this place? 8220; Who the fuck are. A Site Where We Let The Past Speak For Itself. June 2, 2014. It has been a good start to summer. I’m glad to finally have some time and just write here. I like when history engages people in this way. I had another conversation with a friend who was telling me that they don’t like reading long history books. Where we historians can see suspense and exciting events through the texts we read, history on TV shows it to a whole new audience. It is a great way to do public history. June 3, 2014 at 8:20 am.
