Whitpain School House - Historic Wissahickon Valley

Richard V. Mattison. The Whitpain School House is located on Skippack Pike and School Road in Blue Bell. It was built in 1895 and served as our area's first public high school for the Wissahickon School District. Today most of the interior and exterior still remains the same. Over the years renovations have been made to preserve this unique facility. It currently serves as a museum and meeting place for the Wissahickon Valley Historical Society. Create a free website.
