Although many visitors to Victoria Peak spend their day in the commercial centre, in and between The Peak Tower and The Peak Galleria, there is in fact many interesting sights to see just a short walk away. And for those interested in walking for itself there are trails around the peak and connecting to longer walks all over Hong Kong islands. You will also pass the historic Gate Lodge which is a Victorian building which originally was beside the gate to the Mountain Lodge gardens. Pok Fu Lam Country Park.

Bus 15 to The Peak. Bus 15 to The Peak. Probably one of the most popular ways to get to Victoria Peak, other than the Peak Tram of course, is via CityBus Bus route 15. Not 15C which is also considered part of the route to The Peak, but takes you only to the lower Peak Tram terminus, but Bus 15 which takes you all the way to The Peak itself. The Bus 15 starts at the public ferry piers in central which is a mildly inconvenient place to get to, unless of course you happen to have just gotten off a ferry!

Sommige eilanden zijn dé uitgelezen plaats om te snorkelen, een ander eiland is dan weer de verzamelplaats voor duizenden vleermuizen. Indrukwekkend om zoveel “vliegende honden” te zien en te horen.
