Egg plant with pork seasoned with green perilla and sweetened miso. This summer, a lot of egg plants are cropped here. This dish is to consume those egg plants. The title tells what it is. Egg plants are cooked with sesame oil. They absorb much oil and taste great. Even though it might contain high calory, this may be the best way to cook egg plant.

三連休，あまり遊びに行けませんでした。周りの里山もそろそろ落葉，ということで，いつもの坂田山のふもと，共生の森に自転車で出かけてきました。 あずまや付近から。眼下にカラマツ，遠くには北ア，北信五岳. 隣町の小布施にある，雁田山を歩いてきました。太郎山に並んで，こちらもいい里山です。１時間程度で登れるところ，山頂に近いあずまやからの展望が最高です。 午前は用事を済ませて，午後から登り始めました。あいかわらず登山口横にあるスノボ練習場は盛況のようです。横目に入山します。 体調を崩して回復したててだったからか，意外ときつい。特に足にきます。酔うと足にくる方ですがそれと一緒か。 そしてあずまや到着。最高の景色。北アルプスこそ見えませんでしたが，北信五岳はばっちり。紅葉，そして地元の町の風景。 時間と条件があれば縦走周遊コースと思っていましたが，とんでもない。遅いランチをとっている間に台風並みの風がびゅんびゅん吹いてきて，恐怖さえ感じました。 どこの太郎山ですか，とよく聞かれますが，長野市若穂の太郎山です。 1000 Acres of Land Only For Ham Radio.

It’s surprisingly cheap and now I am interested in buying it. It’s about 3 hours drive away from my current home and I think it will be an ideal place for a tiny ham shack. Attracted by a YOUTUBE. Of course, the 1000 acres of land allows me to build up an antenna farm and I surely want to do so before my old age approaches.
