Thursday, June 19, 2008. We have always had lots of lizards around our house! They used to freak me out but I'm kind of use d to them now! Kaitlyn is completely obsessed with bugs, lizards, worms, and that kind of stuff right now! It's kind of surprising, she is still a girly-girly but she loves bugs! Monday, December 15, 2008. We were invited to our good friend Shanna's surprise party! Her husband Jason, planned the party at Main Event. We waited for her in one of the private rooms. She was so surprised, she had no idea! We ate dinner, played some games, and then went bowling! After that some people played laser tag. Kaitlyn was tall enough to play so she went with Kasey. Noah had to sit out until he grows a few more inches! I wish I could have seen that! We had a great evening! Getting ready to bowl!

Friday, May 30, 2008. We went to the Will Graham Celebration. There were lots of bands and Will Graham (Billy Graham's grandson) spoke each night. It was really fun. The kids did great. We were really unsure how they would sit through a sermon but we thought we would give it a try just to see and we were both very proud of them! Wednesday, August 27, 2008. Kaitlyn's sweet friend Mallori turned 8 and had her birthday at a skating rink! This was Kaitlyn and Noah's first time to skate (other than sidewalks). They had so much fun! Kaitlyn took off and kept up with all the other girls. Noah stayed with me, but we had fun! It has been forever since I've skated :). My two little skaters. Friday, January 2, 2009. I Love these Girls! Jennifer, Coby, April and I went to Canton for the day. It was so much fun, especially since we were all kid-free for the day! My kids do not like Canton at all! It's takes a long time to get there and they think it is too much walking! So this was the first time I went, and didn't hear whining all day! Friday, October 31, 2008. Kaitlyn decided this year she wanted to be a cat - again! She loves me drawing the whiskers and nose on her face! But I wanted her to be a really cute cat, so I made her this tutu! It was so easy, and it turned out pretty cute! And of course, Noah wanted to be the Incredible Hulk! Saturday, April 19, 2008. Evan and Rylan's Birthday Party. Happy Birthday Stevens girls! Evan turned 4 and Rylan turned 3! They had their birthday at what Kaitlyn told me is the best park ever! Brandi made them both Barbie Island Princess birthday cakes, they turned out so cute! They are such sweet girls. Kaitlyn and Noah always have a blast with them. We had lots of fun! Saturday, September 27, 2008. We went to ride the train and play at the park with some friends from church! Noah was so excited, he loves having things to look forward to for himself, since Kaitlyn is in school. The weather was perfect, and the kids all had a blast! Me with my sweet boy. Sunday, December 7, 2008. Kaitlyn's 1st Field Trip. Kaitlyn had her first field trip in kindergarten to Dollar Tree! I was a little surprised when I read that is where they were going but it was actually a really good idea. they have been learning about wants vs needs the last few weeks. So they each brought $1 and could choose 1 thing from Dollar Tree, either a need or a want. It was really interesting to see what they all chose! The bow and arrows were really popular for the boys! That cracked me up!

Sunday, December 14, 2008. Martin Family Christmas Party. Kody, April and Linzi hosted the Martin Family Christmas Party this year. They had the funnest ideas! We all wore our pajamas, and had breakfast food for dinner. Everyone was so comfy, it was great! There was a contest for the best adult houseshoes, and best kids houseshoes. Noah won with his spiderman slippers! We had a travel coffee mug exchange among the adults which turned out to be alot of fun and everyone was happy with what they got!
