As we sit and watch the sunset everyday, I say thank you over and over…thankful that He is so much bigger. The luring of His mystery has become a place of solace for me. In his defense, i don't think it was that his crying was so bad, but more the fact that the ladies had never heard him do that and just thought something must really be wrong. When they brought him to me he quieted right down, so i just held him the rest of the night and he became the Sparks Red Team mascot! Once Upon an Army Wife. Tuesday, August 4, 2015. A local church had a family VBS the week we moved in. Technically Mike and I were busy enough, but the kids really needed something fun to do and we were hoping to meet some people, so we gave it a try. We had a good time and while we determined that this wasn't the church for us, the kids loved VBS and all the fun things they got to do every night. And fun crafts, like homemade bubble makers!
