Thursday, 8 March 2012. What a difference a day makes - 'Part 2'. After yesterdays snow, temperatures climbed quicker than us! Not planning on a big day we headed back into Sneachda and tried to imagine a pristine white corrie. Things where borderline on many areas but we decided on an empty Aladdins Buttress Ordinary Route IV 5. A quick couple of abs off and back for coffee. It could be a rockclimbing day tomorrow. Great jacket for Photos. Winds are still strong topping 106mph on Cairngorm.

Monday, 5 March 2012. Working again for Tollymore on a winter climbing course this week. At least the hills have a respectable coat and along with cold and clear weather Malcolm and I got on Fingers Ridge IV 5. Thursday, 15 September 2011. 5oth Birthday treats at Fairhead. After watching the weather for the last two weeks Steven and I finally managed to get climbing at Fairhead. We approached the prow and decided to scramble down and attempt 'The Fence' VS 4c. After a brief intro in how to climb off we set. No problem route complete first go and I was very impressed. Monday, 22 August 2011. Colin slays the Cuchulaiinn. A late start via the bikes and through the unpromising floods right up to Armoy we thought coffee was the only arm action we would get.
