This site is dedicated to those that believe that the defendants charged in Case No. 1:04-CR-165-RHB may be innocent and was maliciously prosecuted in one of the largest cases the U.S.D.C. of Western Michigan has ever seen. Five defendants maintained their innocence throughout yet ultimately were given sentences by Chief Judge Robert Holmes Bell, ranging from 9 to 25 years in a Federal prison.
