The mission of Feed The Need states: Feed The Need is a mobile food program of River of Life Ministries that is dedicated to serving our community by meeting nutritional needs. Feed The Need will serve free nutritional lunches to children in three locations around Missoula five days a week during the summer months of June, July and August. By collecting supplies and necessities First Responders could step in and help meet a families needs. It has since evolved to help with other needs. By having resources available First Responders has helped people who have been able to move into an apartment after living on the streets.

I've left you in the dark, lonely and wondering about my running progress. My training thus far has been great, excluding some minor set-backs like shin splints and a bad diet. 5K Run/Walk and 10 Mile Race. New addition this year - 1K Little leprechaun dash. March 11th, 2017! Each year, over 650 runners gather in Albany, Oregon for the annual iRun for Kids race. This event, which is a fundraiser for the Albany Public Schools Foundation, is in it's 15th year. The race starts in North Albany, goes over the bridge, through historic downtown and out to Bryant park. This is a great run for the serious racer as well as a fun run for all ages.
