Aqui em São Tomé muitas destas leis ainda imperam sobre a Lei definida por Decreto. E no Mé Zóchi (o Distrito da ilha em que estou a morar e cujo nome resulta de uma corruptela de Manuel Jorge, um dos rios do Distrito) rural, mais do que todas é a lei do chicote que mantem a ordem, impedindo que se abra uma verdadeira caixa de Pandora sobre estas terras.

Ja faz algum tempo que nao dou muitas noticias, mas acabada mais uma epoca de campo tive que voltar a deixar Sao Tome. E desta vez bem mais contrariado do que no ano passado.
