August 22, 2012} I don’t want to fall asleep. Lately I have been tormented by my dreams – of all the random things! I keep having dreams that the people closest to me hate me. Sometimes it’s my friends admitting to disliking me to my face. Sometimes it’s me busting people backstabbing me. Sometimes it’s even my boyfriend breaking up with me, or being incredibly cruel. Every night for the past week or so I suffer through these dreams. The worst part? They stick with me when I wake up. I hate falling asleep.

May 24, 2012} A whole month in Mississauga…. 8230;and I’m still settling in. I’ve got about 90% of my unpacking done. Though I’m still unemployed, I have a pretty solid lead on my hands. I’m still learning the streets and bus routes, but I don’t mind. I’ll figure it all out. The biggest thing is the total TRANSITION of life and mentality! July 25, 2012} Help? The apartment smells like stale incense and dry cat food. The windows are smudgy. The floors could use yet another sweeping. The hand-me-down furniture is tired and worn. There are dirty dishes in the sink. The neighbors are arguing passionately in the hallway. If you haven’t already gathered, this place is frigging miserable. Ever since I moved here, I feel like everything I touch turns to awkward! I feel like a socially maladjusted freak lately. I just want to fit in so badly!
