JACOB LENSON early plucked strings. Was born in London, England in 1983. Classical guitar at the Royal College of Music with Carlos Bonell and Gary Ryan and postgraduate at the Royal Academy of Music. With Michael Lewin and Timothy Walker. He studied renaissance lute and theorbo with Liz Kenny. He graduated from RAM with distinction and received the Robert Alva Memorial Prize. Subsequently he moved to Barcelona, Spain to study early plucked instruments with Xavier Diaz-Latorre. Where he graduated in 2016.
