The Mrs. and The Momma: Ladies and Gentlemen...
http://jansenblog.blogspot.com/2011/10/ladies-and-gentlemen.html
The Mrs. and The Momma. LIFE IS TO BE ENJOYED, NOT ENDURED." -Gordon B. Hinckley. Saturday, October 15, 2011. We have yet another thumb-sucker. If you're keeping track, this makes our third kid to prefer the digits over the paci. Our oldest loved her paci, and would probably still have it, if we had not taken it away when she was five months old. The best parenting we've done to this date. There are definitely pros and cons though. How hard can it be? So they must get the thumb-sucking from their daddy.

The Mrs. and The Momma. LIFE IS TO BE ENJOYED, NOT ENDURED." -Gordon B. Hinckley. Tuesday, October 25, 2011. Home is Where the Heart Is. The two oldest are at school. My two youngest are sleeping. I have an enormous amount of packing and moving to do. Yet here I am in front of my computer contemplating all the memories in this house that I will miss. It will be nice to have a little more room, but I'll also be giving up some things that have become my favorites in this house. The learning that took place.

Anyone who's know me for any amount of time would say they have seen at least five different hair styles of mine.even more for those who have known me longer. I change it about every year. Insert here: psychological discussion on the relation of my changing hair styles and how it corresponds to my personality traits, innate qualities, etc. I am currently at the beginning of said stage. The Mrs. and The Momma. LIFE IS TO BE ENJOYED, NOT ENDURED." -Gordon B. Hinckley. Wednesday, October 19, 2011. The other day, the munchkies and I went to Zilker Park for a little play time. My parents met us up there, too. Afterwards, we had a yummy lunch at Central Market, and then went home to crash. They had fun on the playground, riding the train, and getting balloon animals made by the clown. Overall, a nice little outing. Posted by The Mrs. and The Momma. Matthew, Sienna and the boys.

The Mrs. and The Momma: A Hippie Halloween
http://jansenblog.blogspot.com/2011/11/hippie-halloween.html
The Mrs. and The Momma. LIFE IS TO BE ENJOYED, NOT ENDURED." -Gordon B. Hinckley. Thursday, November 3, 2011. Hippie family at the party. We went to a Halloween party Saturday night for a little while. We had to leave because one of the munchkies saw a "Mad Scientist" costume that terrified her and made it impossible for us to stay. For Halloween night, we had a little dinner with extended family and then went off for trick-or-treating in a neighborhood close to ours. Gimmie what 'cha got. All of it!
