2015 – This is going to be my year…. Two weeks ago… and a day. Two weeks and a day since my life changing surgery took place. After I got out of the Jeep, I almost ran up those stairs! I saw my BFFE sittin’ up top waitin’ for me. I felt 15 years younger! My body didn’t hurt all that much, just my neck did. (but that’s a given! My surgeon is the best! I didn’t realize how numb my body had been becoming. I also didn’t realize I’m gonna be just fine and real soon. too! Now, for the mental stuff I deal with.

I know it’s been a while, but I’ve been going to a lot of Dr. appointments and getting ready for this up coming surgery. I finally received my authorizations from my insurance. I don’t know how to feel! I have Cervical Stenosis. The surgeon is going to go thru the front of my neck, move everything around so he can get to my spinal column. I may lose my voice. He just knows what I need and when I need it.
