Jake was so funny, he held up his hand, felt the wind, and looked at me like, "What is this? Monday, March 3, 2014. We had so much fun with Papa this week! We watched the birds, put up a bird feeder, went to Original Pancake House, and played and played and played. Watching the birds and tweet tweeting with them. There's a thin line between love and Tates. Tuesday, February 25, 2014. One of Jake's favorite activities is to FaceTime with Yaya. Every time he finds my phone unattended, he brings it to me and says, "yayayayaya." Well this weekend we got the real thing! We had a blast - played on the playgrounds at Chic-fil-a and in the "tot lot" in Crestline, went to a library book sale, and built lots of forts at home. Listening to the birds (tatatatat). Jake loved these pipes bc they make lots of noise!

A day in the life of a Cook. Friday, April 25, 2014. Yesterday, grandpa Max came over after lunch to see if Weston and Millie wanted to come see a baby owl that had fallen out of it's nest. We all hoped on the 4 wheelers and headed down the little hill into the gulch just behind Max's house (he lives right next door). Oh, that little owl was so cute!
