I could become a hockeyroo, I played a bit of hockey in high school, and Jeremy is representing his school today is a hockey tournament. Tennis was my all time favourite sport as a kid, I won heaps of trophies for it and I had everyone guessing with being a leftie, I would definitely make that team! So in saying all this I have all the experience and skill level needed to be the next Olympian. Right?

My Life in Elastic Waisted Pants. Tuesday, 14 August 2012. Me v's The Treadmill. I'm keeping this short and sweet as I am sure the pain in my feet is radiating it's way around my body! This morning at 8:50 I stepped on my treadmill will an aim to beat my previous calorie burn of 288 calories. I was also determined to stay on and not have a break. I have always watched The Biggest Loser but this season is the only one where I haven't watched it while chomping into chips, chocolate and coke! In previous seasons I never cried at the contestants journey's or I have never had a favourite trainer or I have never been. Lisa, Raelene and Judy at Melbourne airport. Well let’s start with last Sunday’s weigh in on the 26. Thankfully I actually lost weight! I managed a 1.5 kg loss which brought me down to 127.2 kgs. I am really happy with that. 7% of my body weight GONE. 15 kilogram loss for the week. The loss reignited a little bit of motivation in me. I hurt like hell but I felt amazing. Round 2 2012 - Week 1 Measurements. Weight - 84.1. Thigh R - 56cm. Thigh L - 57cm. Arm R - 28cm. Arm L - 28cm. FITNESS TEST - Week 1. 1km time trial - 6 minutes 37 seconds.

My Life in Elastic Waisted Pants. Thursday, 23 August 2012. It's really hard to find motivation to exercise, I have always lacked this motivation. I have always gotten by on weight loss journeys without exercising. Maybe that's why is so freaking hard to get started. This time around I am doing my best to get moving.
