Is a tribute to a wonderful neighbor, Jay Breeze, who was taken from us suddenly and violently on October 5, 2008. Jay could always be counted on to be there to help with a household project, lend a helping hand when bringing in the groceries or even just to smile and give a wave driving past in his vintage automobiles.
