Tuesday, May 29, 2012. Empty Nest Syndrome Already? Lyle and I just became empty nesters. For those of you who don't know, we have been living with Lyle's sister and her family for the last 9 months (ish, give or take a little time). They just moved out of our rental home this last Saturday and boy do we miss the extra company! It is just crazy to me how lonely and big the house we are in feels now. Friday, January 2, 2015. Waitwhere did 2014 go? Oh, boy. two blog posts last year! Hahathat has to be a new record, but not a good one. :) I think my resolution for this year will be to post at least 3 times. That should be doable, right? Where did 2014 go? It seems like time just flew by. We did have a great year and just to prove that we actually did something this last year, here is a recap of our 2014. Sunday, February 17, 2013. First we woke up and got to go pick up Uncle Calvin from the airport. Calvin came to visit us from the Big Island. It's always fun to see Calvin but this trip is especially fun because its the first time Em and Calvin have seen each other since Em's baby blessing in 2010 when Em was three months old. Friday, February 15, 2013. It's a mouthful. It's the Hawaii state fish. It's also a delicious restaurant at the Grand Wailea on Maui. While it'll be a long time before we can afford the $650 a night price to actually stay at the hotel, we rubbed our nickels together and treated ourselves to a delicious Valentine's Day dinner. Saturday, August 21, 2010. Emerson had her first trip to San Francisco this week. Thursday, September 23, 2010. Everyone always asks me who was bigger Trevor or Tyson? Well Today Tyson got measured at his 4 month appointment and. they are about the same size.
