I used to call myself a runner with dreams of running a 3:45 marathon. I haven't given up on that dream but these days I'd call myself a cyclist. Road, CX, MTB, racing or for fun. Having a ball. This is my training log. Tuesday, July 31, 2012. Today I went up to DISC to put myself through another hour of track torture. Focus throughout on neutral spine. Definitely hyperextending on some of the bastard lunges. Need to get back into the tower crunches, deadlifts and heavy swings. Mt Pleasant Rd TT.
