This is the one of most awesome places I have ever traveled! The weather was perfect for our trip. No humidity and it was unusual for the area, no rain. We went to Vancouver to run in the Lululemon Seawheeze. My bestest friends in Vancouver! The northwest coast is just amazing! It is was a trip I will never forget.

I love CrossFit - I have been doing CF for over 4 1/2 years and a trainer at CF Greer since Sept 2011. I collect key chains. Anywhere I visit, I always purchase one. It like my souvenir. I finished 5th overall in my class and Regan finished 4th in his class. Team CFG. Hans, Markus, Regan, Me, and Holly. Mobility is the key to success. Tire flips. 250#ish. Holly beasting some atlas stones! I really don't like atlas stones! And they don't like me. I couldn't be more proud of Regan. he is amazing! I LOVE this guy!
