The Godfrey Adventure
Wednesday, December 5, 2012. Well, we bought a house! We are so excited. Unfortunately we were only able to stay in it for 4 days before we left for portland. Below is a pic of it. I will post more when we get back home, which won't be until after the holidays. It was foreclosed on, so we got a good deal, but we also had to fix some things. We are in portland for Jess's rotation. This is the last of them, thank heaven. Especially at the sound. Rachel is doing well. She has grown and is getting so big!

I LOVE crunchy leaves, pumpkin lattes, scarfs, and curling up with a good book or show under a soft blanket. If you like mushroom and mushroom flavor, you will love this dish! 1 lb uncooked spaghetti. 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms. 1 cup chopped onion. 1/2 tsp minced garlic. 2 tbsp olive oil. 3 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup. 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed. 1 and a 1/3 cups chicken broth ( you can just put one cup of chicken broth and 1/3 cup of sherry if you want). 1 tsp Italian seasoning. 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided. Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Days 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22. Wow that is a lot of days I have missed. Sorry! I have not fallen off the band wagon! I just fell off the blogging band wagon. As far as the Whole30 I am day 23 today. I am still going strong. I even had 2 people (not my family) tell me I looked like I had lost weight! That is such a bonus for me! I am getting back to where I want to be. This last week was so temptation filled! I did have to ask them not to put seasoning on their steak though...
