In the first twenty pages or so I had a completely different perception of Zoey than most of the rest of the book. I didn't understand her. In the first of Ian Fleming's James Bond novels, 007 declares war on Le Chiffre, French communist and paymaster of the Soviet murder organization SMERSH. Bond is one of those classic characters you just love. To be honest I've never really watched any of the older Bond films with Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery.
