Friday, January 06, 2006. SLC; CES; ETC. For New Year's, Vanessa and I flew out to Salt Lake City to stay with Andrew. It snowed in the mountains the whole time we were there, so we got some great skiing despite some major wind/visibility issues at times. New Year's Eve itself was fairly mellow, as one might expect in a city where covers of Cosmopolitan are deemed too risque to remain uncensored. Andrew and his parents were incredibly hospitable. Pictures here. And to stay at North America's biggest hotel.
