The Way I See It. October 30, 2009. I was priviledged to go to Catalyst this year. A leadership conference in Atlanta. It was 2 days packed full of great information. The Way I See It. December 16, 2009. Last night we had our Restore staff christmas party. It’s so much fun to get together with this group of people. Troy and Janet hosted the event. We had a fantastic meal made by a real live chef from Restore. It was an amazing 4 course meal. The highlight of the meal for me was some sort of bacon jelly/jam concoction. We laughed. Played games. The Way I See It. But I’ve decided I will not. I will be white. I will use spf 3o or more everytime I’m out in the sun. I will forgo the fact that I know I look better tan, to save my skin from more wrinkles and maybe even the chance of skin cancer. This is a commitment I am making to myself. May 29, 2010. Kian's Kindergarten graduation and first lost tooth. Kian's graduation program, May 28. They sang songs about all the things they learned over the year. They memorized some poems too. It was fun to watch. Kian and his teacher, Mrs. Jacobs. She is truly an amazing teacher. We couldn't have asked for a better teacher! Celebration time. at McDonalds playland. Ha ha! Then we went to Grandma's work for her retirement party! Her last day of work is this Thursday and her co-workers put on a really nice party for her and we were also invited. April 18, 2011. We surprised the kids with a trip to Disneyland last week. We woke them up at 5:30am, fed them breakfast, and then told them! Kian was very excited - his eyes got really wide and he kept saying "Really? Grace said "Its too expensive" and RyRy didn't really react much at all. But that changed when we walked into Disneyland later that day! Went right to the "Tiki room" when we first got there. Our hotel, which was right across the street from DL's main entrance. Amazing! July 31, 2011. We hibernated all weekend since the majority of us have had a fever. July 29, 2011. Took the kids to Lagoon today with my friend D'Ann! Had SO much fun and we got SOAKED! Later in the day, the kids experienced their 1st treat from an Ice Cream Truck in our neighborhood. I think it was playing Christmas music, which is weird. And I think inflation has hit the ice cream industry. I remember getting most of the items for 25 - 50 cents. Now its $1 - $3. Ridiculous. July 28, 2011. July 27, 2011.

December 24, 2009. Happy Birthday Ryland and Grace! I can't believe my sweet, little twins are 3 years old today! When I first found out I was having twins, I cried. and cried. and stressed. and cried. Now I just couldn't imagine any different and I am SO happy we had twins! Happy Birthday Ryland and Grace!
