Hi, I'm Jim Millar. I work in the Scottish Parliament and also promote the relationship between Scotland and Japan. Very active in promoting the relationship between Scotland and Japan on a number of levels including business and higher education. Recent Projects and Awards:. Wrote the Aberdeen - Japan Engagement Strategy for Aberdeen City Council to promote trade and higher education links between Aberdeen and Japan, which was passed unanimously by Aberdeen City Councillors.
