Welcome to New York City. 8230;blogging my NEW YORK CITY travel adventures. July 4, 2010. We also visited Yankee Stadium on our first day in New York. They had a game against the Toronto Blue Jays that day. Yankee Stadium is located in The Bronx. And this is actually their new stadium built just a year ago. So this is their second season in the new stadium. I have a few pictures below. And by the way, the Yankees won 7-6 after playing for 4 hours and completing the game in 10 innings. Back to Main Blog.

We went on a tour of the studio so that we could see where some of the productions take place. The studios are small… a lot smaller than we see them on TV. They use a wide angle lens on their cameras in order to make the studios look a lot larger on TV. They said this is why the camera usually adds 10 pounds. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. When heading back to our hostel, we had a chance to go through the famous Grand Central Station. This seems to be the place where all trains and subways meet. I arrived into San Diego on Christmas Eve and will be heading to Los Angeles the second week in January. I was lucky in that I just missed some heavy rains that saturated the San Diego area just days prior to my arrival. The weather since has been moderate with a few rains every now and then and some cool temps.
