Thursday, July 29, 2010. All complaints should be done through your Team Captain FIRST. Team Captains have 72 Hours (Three Days) to resolve any complaints among the Players or Teams. Head Admins should be sent the copies of ALL complaints during this process, so that they can be in the loop of any problems going on.
