Jolea and David's Kids. Tuesday, July 21, 2009. My wonderful kids gave me a really kewl surprise yesterday! Stormy made spagetti and garlic toast and fruit salad and she brought ice cream and iced tea! Shadow and Tim carried all the stuff down to the picnic spot, and helped set it up. They also had kidnapped my sweet hubby and had him there waiting as well when I showed up. Why did they go to all this trouble you ask? July 21, 2009 at 10:20 AM. That is so cool! What a great bunch of kids you have:).

Jolea and David's Kids. Sunday, August 16, 2009. My wonderful kids have done it again! I came home from work yesterday and they had dinner on the table waiting for David and I. They could not make up their minds if we should have salmon or steak so they made both, and served it with stir fry veggies and baked potatoes. Yum! I love my kids! August 17, 2009 at 8:04 AM. Never before have I even cared to even try making my own out of dry oatmeal, it's amazing what you'll try when you are starving. It wasn't too bad- I just had to put in a ton of brown sugar. Last year for April Fool's Day Kiera switched the bags of cereal around in different boxes. so when Frosted Flakes came out of the Lucky Charms box the kids were very surprised! It's a little hard to see but here is our 'cake' complete with decorative piping around the edges. Shepherd's pie in the middle). Our 'pizza'- yellow cake with red frosting and laffy taffy cheese and pepperoni. The kids LOVED this dinner! It was so fun to see them get so excited. Saving Cent By Cent.
