She is now more than a month old, and I am just now feeling up to bloging again. Lillian started crying and Alice covered her ears. I thought it was so cute. I have made a lot of quilts and blankets and have spent a good amount of hours behind a sewing machine, but this is the first blanket I have ever made all by myself with no one next to me! I decided to go with this first one, just cropped slightly differently. I used Canvas on Demand and it turned out real cute. I love having a big picture of the kids on the wall right where they play. Sunday, 10 January 2010. Well we finally did it! Yesterday was our wedding day and what a day it was. The weather was absolutely perfect (35 degrees celcius) though we were a bit sweaty during the ceremony (from 1700 hrs)! Elaine looked absolutely stunning in her beautiful dress as did the bridesmaids, in dresses made by Elaine and her mom. Jon and his best men Bas and Ade were dressed in formal tails and looked super handsome, if a little hot! Update - 2nd February 2010. Saturday, 26 December 2009.
